At CrossFit Pittsburgh everyone is welcome regardless of your fitness level, your experience level or anything else for that matter. All we ask from you and expect from you is that you do your best.  This is your journey we're just here to help.

If you give it an honest effort you will be pleased with your results.  

1. Saturday at 10:00 AM is a Team or Partner WOD. Anyone can drop in to try it out*. The WOD (Workout of the Day) will always be user friendly for first timers/beginners and you will be paired with a Coach or an experienced CrossFitter.
 
2. Once you’re ready to get started we’ll set you up with a Coach for a one-on-one ON RAMP.

The On Ramp is three (3) one hour long sessions scheduled between you and a Coach.  The cost for the On-Ramp is $75.00. That covers all three sessions.  During these sessions we will instruct and evaluate all movements necessary to perform the CrossFit regimen. Once the initial three sessions are complete you can decide if you’d like to join for the monthly classes or continue on with One on One training at the normal rate.  *24 HOURS NOTICE is required to cancel an On Ramp session.  A No Show will be billed at the normal rate. 
 
3. If you’re coming to join from another Box you can bypass the ON RAMP and get started.

4. First timers can try us at no cost on Saturday at 10:00am.  While we welcome people to try us out this is a ONE TIME TRIAL.  A membership or Drop-in Fee is expected if you intend to train with us more frequently.
